The register Training Plans offers you the opportuninty to improve your training activities.
Do you want to increase your fitness level, improve your sport results or be more successful in any sport competition?
If yes, here you can find the way to do it, determined especially for you!
In 3 different performance categories: hobby, sport and semipro, you can find here suggestions and ideas for your training activities.
If you are interested in an individual training plan, you can contact the coach. This training plan will focused on your special discipline and on a certain event.
For interested person, also a special fitness test, incl. the lactate level measurements can be organized.
After the individual training plan has been fixed, you communicate with the coach about your actual training results, health conditions and fatigue level, etc. and your plan will be adjusted to the actual situation.
